Paksing Pata


1 pork pata (chopped)
1 gm dried banana blossoms
1/2 c dried oregano leaves
1 tbs peppercorn (whole)
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 c vinegar
2 c water
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs salt
1/2 brown sugar (packed)

In a lot pot, combine pata and all the ingredients. Bring to a boil. When it starts boiling, lower the heat and simmer until meat is tender.
